Alabama Forestry Commission Updates On Oak Mountain State Park Wildfire

Officials in Shelby County provided an update on the Oak Mountain State Park wildfire, now measuring 279 acres with 80% containment. Crews have established firebreaks around the perimeter but will continue to monitor due to existing unburned fuel within the containment lines. Updates will be provided as needed.
