Central Florida is under high alert due to Red Flag Warnings effective through Monday evening, indicating dangerous fire weather conditions. These warnings cover nearly all of Central Florida and are prompted by low humidity and winds of 15 mph or more. The increased fire threat is attributed to severe drought conditions and dry air following a strong cold front. This information was reported by FOX 35 meteorologist T.J. Springer.
