The Authority is excited to welcome Mazie Mulford as the 2025-2026 Area 17 New Jersey AmeriCorps Watershed Ambassador. As part of the NJWAP, she will study local waterways in the Maurice, Cohansey, and Salem River watersheds through assessments and community projects. A Salem County resident, Mulford will leverage her educational background in Environmental Science and Sustainability from Rowan University, where she has studied salt marsh restoration and zooplankton biodiversity. Mulford aims to enhance watershed stewardship by educating the community and monitoring stream health.
