Wildfire Threat Near Battle Ground Triggers Urgent Evacuations

Level 3 “Go Now!” evacuation orders have been issued for a small area in northern Clark County, Washington, due to the Hidden Meadows Fire, which ignited on Monday. The fire is located west of State Route 503, between Hidden Meadows Drive and Mountain View Drive. Both sides of 127th Avenue are now under evacuation. Additionally, Level 1 and 2 notices have been issued for surrounding areas, with a temporary shelter at the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church. State Route 503 is closed in both directions between Northeast Gabriel Road and Northeast 365th Street, with no detours or reopening estimates provided. Residents are advised to avoid the area and find alternative routes.
