A wildfire north of Edmonton has led to the evacuation of approximately 7,000 residents from a First Nation community. The fire, which began as a two-hectare blaze, rapidly escalated into a crown fire due to high winds, prompting immediate evacuation orders. Firefighters are actively working to protect the community and contain the fire. Residents have been advised to gather essential items and proceed to designated evacuation centers. Authorities are closely monitoring the situation and coordinating efforts to ensure public safety.
