Governor Joe Lombardo will host Nevada’s annual wildfire briefing at 11:30 a.m. in Carson City as the state approaches the 2026 fire season. Officials will discuss conditions, resources, and public safety planning. Leaders from various fire management agencies, including the Bureau of Land Management and the U.S. Forest Service, will provide updates on seasonal expectations and preparedness. The event will be streamed live on FOX5.
