Salmon Spotlight: Exploring Tillamook County's Heritage On April 8th

Join the Tillamook Bay Watershed Council for their free Bay to Basin speaker series on April 8th at the Tillamook County Pioneer Museum. Doors open at 5 PM, with refreshments before expert presentations start at 6 PM. Habitat Restoration Biologist Cyndi Curtis will discuss Coho Salmon recovery efforts and habitat restoration in the watershed, while Kirk Blaine, Sr. Program Manager for Wild Fish, will provide insights on the status of fish populations, particularly Chinook salmon. The event emphasizes community involvement in improving watershed health and restoring clean water and wildlife.
