Summary of Highway News

Kenosha County has several upcoming roadwork projects:

  1. Highway V Resurfacing: Starting June 12, resurfacing from Highway C to 116th Street in Salem Lakes will last about two weeks.

  2. Highway H Closure: A one-day closure on Highway H will occur on May 13 to install traffic signals.

  3. Highway P Resurfacing: Scheduled for May 12, this will take place in Wheatland and last approximately 2.5 weeks.

  4. Highway C Closure: On May 9, there will be a closure in the 13300 block for culvert installation.

  5. Highway A Bridge Work: Beginning March 17, repairs will close Highway A over Pike River.

Other projects include controlled burns in March and various resurfacing efforts on highways in the area throughout 2024.
