Created by Mayor Karen Bass and the Mayor’s Fund, the site provides personalized action plans based on individual needs related to specific fire zones. The user-friendly platform guides users through a series of prompts addressing needs such as housing, food, income loss, and ID replacement. Mayor Bass emphasized her commitment to helping residents through their recovery, noting that in-person Disaster Recovery Centers have already assisted over 5,000 families.
