Community Drive Collects Supplies For Wildfire Firefighters In North Platte

A community donation drive in North Platte, Nebraska, is collecting supplies for firefighters working on wildfires. Organizer Char Swalberg requests that residents drop off items by 6 p.m. Friday, ideally by 2 p.m. Donations can be delivered to 920 W. 3rd St. Needed items include baby wipes, eye drops, Tylenol, ibuprofen, lip balm, and Gatorade, but donors are asked not to bring water.
